Welcome Reception

A Welcome Reception will be held Sunday, June 1, from 6-8 pm in the 2nd Floor Terrace at the Hotel Verdanza. Appetizers and drinks will be provided. Entertainment will include a DJ and a Bomba y Plena group performing traditional Puerto Rican music.

A registration table will be setup at the entrance of the venue, where attendees can check in, pick-up materials, and receive information about the event.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 04

6pm – 9pm

Student Mixer

A Student Mixer will be held Wednesday, June 4, from 6-9 pm at Pine Grove Beach. Please meet in the Hotel Verdanza lobby before 6 pm.

THURSDAY, JUNE 05

Awards Dinner at Soleil Beach Club, Piñones, Loiza

Join us for a special evening at Soleil Beach Club, the perfect setting to celebrate the incredible work of the students presenting at this year’s event. With its rustic charm, open-air atmosphere, and beachfront location, Soleil offers a true taste of local flavor. The evening will feature delicious food, a vibrant atmosphere, and entertainment by a DJ to keep the celebration going.

  • Price: Students $40.00; Professionals $60.00
  • 1st bus leaving the Verdanza at 6:15 pm
  • Cocktail hour at 6:30 pm
